  •  Stand in for President if unavailable
  • Nominated as the Club’s public officer
  • Joint signatory of cheques
  • Registration form and fee schedule
  • Member of quorum for resolutions to be passed
 Secretary
  • Holder of member listing
  • Committee meeting agenda
  • Minute taker at Committee meetings
  • Primary point of contact for dispute resolution
  • Sender of Global emails/correspondence
  • Update social media pages
  • Joint signatory of cheques
  • Member of quorum for resolutions to be passed
 Treasurer
  • Keeper of financial records
  • Joint signatory of cheques
  • Collector of fees
  • Responsible for timely banking and paying of expenses including hall hire and basketball subs

OPERATIONS COMMITTEE

 Coaches Co-Ordinator
  • Liaising with Skills Coach
  • Responsible for ensuring all teams have coaches
  • Responsible for ensuring that all coaches are “skilled up:
  • Organising training schedule
  • Liaison with training venue managers
  • Liaising with Boys and Girls Coordinator where required regarding sourcing of coaches
  • Responsible for receiving/dealing with complaints relating to coaches
Uniform Co-Ordinator
  • Purchasing of club uniforms
  • Point of contact for all uniform enquiries
  • Co-ordinator of numbering for singlets
Boys Age Co-ordinator
  • Co-ordinator of boys teams including:

Team Selection/Administrator

  • Note dispute resolution of individuals in teams undertaken by Committee
Boys Administration Manager
  • Administrative matters relating to the Boys teams including:

Collection of registration forms

Assisting Boys Operations Manager

Girls Age Co-ordinator
  • Co-ordinator of girls teams including:

Team Selection/Administrator

  • Note dispute resolution of individuals in teams undertaken by Committee
Girls Administration Manager
  • Administrative matters relating to the Girls teams including:

Collection of registration forms

Assisting Girls Operations Manager

Team Administrators (one per team)

  • Organising scoring roster for designated team
  • Ensure a scorer is available each week
  • Key point of contact for team news
  • Organiser of clash tops for first named team where two Pacers teams play each other
  • Assisting in collection of team registration forms and fees, where outstanding
